Smart, Savvy + Associates is excited to be partnering with Britco Construction, one of North America's largest commercial modular construction companies, in their search for an Innovative Solutions, Sales Consultant. Based in Langley, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated to provide excellent customer service, take initiative in business development and have a passion for building and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers, prospective clients and other team members. As Sales Consultant, you will support the outside sales team, work on larger proposals and RFPs, as well as participate in marketing campaigns and special events, including tradeshows. Occasional travel within the designated sales regions, which includes our modular construction facilities in Agassiz and Penticton, BC.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout entire sales process
  • Maintain current customer roster while building new business
  • Educate customers on product offerings and service differential
  • Support outside sales team and industry marketing events
  • Assist with Request for Proposal coordination

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales selling high dollar value products (up to $1M)
  • Entrepreneurial approach to sales – internally motivated to succeed
  • Strong customer negotiation skills, along with excellent communication skills
  • Confident relationship builder with customers and team
  • Energetic, positive, professional team player
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and CRM systems
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset

It takes about an hour to complete, but we promise the investment will be worth the return so we can find you a perfect match.


We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
