About This Opportunity:

You will bring your passion for all things web and conversions to the team and be the catalyst for new and creative ways to revitalize existing channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will work cross-functionally to support new customer acquisition and increase market awareness to drive the company’s growth. You are someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and are ready to put your hybrid combination of marketing and web/front-end coding knowledge to good use within a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

  • Implementation and execution of web marketing strategy
  • Own the management of our client’s website including ongoing optimization and future overhauls
  • Manage online advertising channels including sourcing, contracts, execution and measurement
  • Manage web analytics and performance
  • Assist with online and email campaign conceptualization and execution
  • Research, evaluate, and implement tools and technology that enable campaign innovation and improve performance

About You:
  • “Tech- savvy” and up to speed on the latest and greatest of technology
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business with a concentration in Marketing/Communications
  • 3+ years experience in a web management, front end development, and/or digital marketing role within the software industry
  • Experience implementing and/or maintaining a website (bonus points for Wordpress)
  • Understanding of web production and release processes, including direct experience with website tools and technologies
  • Experience in Front End Development is an asset
  • Working knowledge of creative software (e.g., InDesign) an asset
  • Experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) an asset

We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
