Our client, an experiential marketing agency ranked one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, is looking for a detail-oriented and entrepreneurial-spirited Senior Account Coordinator/Field Manager to join their tight knit team. This person will play an instrumental role in coordinating the successful execution of client branded events and campaigns with ample opportunity to carry out projects from start to finish. Event planning:
  • Research and secure full range of event access permits / program scheduling
  • Source and secure all staff uniform elements, sizing, etc.
  • Work with senior team to manage production of all event props, hardware and technology
  • Work with suppliers to investigate options and pricing for give-aways – manage timely ordering and delivery processes
  • Source and arrange travel and transportation
  • Complete supporting paperwork and requirements e.g. permits, insurance, services
  • Review, adhere to and contribute to program budgets
  • Basic accounting: per diems, staff payroll, review invoices to ensure accuracy
Brand Ambassador / staffing / training:
  • Work with internal resources to recruit target-right event staff
  • Assist with development of staff training resources and session logistics
  • Provide staff with coaching, direction and infuse positive team energy
  • Manage staff schedules and office-to-staff communication
  • Manage staff hours and supporting payroll paperwork
  • Assist with implementation of account team social media activities: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube
Client management:
  • Participate in client update meetings & contribute program planning updates as needed
  • Bring forward feedback and unique insights from the field
Event activations:
  • Manage in-field event executions across Canada – travel and weekend work required
  • Oversee on-site assembly of meaningful metrics
  • On-site managing and coaching of event teams
  • Provide feedback from the “front-lines”
  • Provide insightful program feedback to senior office staff – pre-, post and during campaign
  • Draft weekend feedback report content
  • Assist with draft assembly of Final Campaign Reports
General office responsibilities
  • Coordinate couriers, shipping, printing & binding of program materials
  • Manage room bookings and meeting support e.g. supplies, catering, AV
  • Provide Office Manager with supporting tasks
  • Maintain on and off-site storage resources
  • Provide 360 review support, as requested & regularly volunteer for the organization’s activities

  • Proven 2-3 years relevant industry or agency experience
  • College or university degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Sport & Event Marketing, Sponsorship)
  • Demonstrated mastery of the Account Coordinator role
  • General knowledge of experiential marketing industry and trends
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to coach and motivate an event team
  • Drive and initiative – a “can do” attitude
  • Eager to grow, learn and participate in new initiatives
  • Resourceful / problem solver
  • Understanding of social media tactics
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
