You are an experienced Project Manager with success driving the delivery of both traditional and digital marketing projects. Our client is a boutique marketing services agency focused on helping small business owners across North America. Working closely with the Founder and VP of Operations, in the role of Marketing Project Manager you will lead a small team to deliver on a wide range of marketing projects and help the company its elevate marketing programs and processes. This position is based in Delta, BC.

About the Opportunity

As the Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing directives in conjunction with the Marketing Team.  Your project management skills will have the opportunity to shine as this opportunity centers on defining objectives, delegating tasks, establishing priorities, and reviewing progress to ultimately meet deadlines and achieve results for the organization!

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of strategic marketing projects, including a new online customer learning program
  • Oversee and communicate project timelines, processes, and budgets
  • Create presentations and help manage event requirements for webinars and seminars
  • Oversee and execute on complex, multi-step marketing campaigns, both print and digital
  • Support the creation of custom marketing materials for clients
  • Script and direct the production of videos to promote products and services
  • Work with a web programmer to maintain the website
  • Liaise with Department Heads to ensure new marketing directives, marketing materials, and product launches are accurately planned and delivered effectively
  • Oversee team member priorities to ensure the Marketing Department is working towards company goals
  • Use organizational and interpersonal skills to maximize results of the Marketing Department
  • Evaluate and improve marketing operations and processes
  • Wear multiple hats – be willing to help with the occasional hands-on need in a fast-paced, small team environment

  • 7+ years experience in project management, and the proven ability to navigate projects and conversations in the Marketing realm
  • Experience in direct response marketing, Adobe Creative Suite and/or marketing automation tools are an asset
  • Experience and passion for working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Post-Secondary education in Marketing or related discipline
  • Proven ability to lead and manage people
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
