Senior Manager, Enterprise Digital Marketing

Calling all (digital) fortune tellers! Our client, a large, established BC organization, is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Digital Marketing to direct, strategize and oversee digital marketing and enterprise-wide initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in the company’s future direction for digital marketing.

As an inspirational leader, you will lead a team of specialists to leverage analytics and customer insights, ultimately maximizing digital marketing investments. You come from, or have previous experience working with, a large company (B2C) that has strong, sophisticated departments and org structures. With 8+ years of management and strategic thinking acumen, you are known as a true relationship builder who influences internal leadership to take chances and try new things.

* Provides thought leadership on digital marketing principles
* Develops business cases for new initiatives/expenditures and manages operational budgets, making high-risk financial decisions
*Leads the development and management of marketing activity across digital marketing, social media, CRM, and UX teams. Includes the overall digital strategy, campaign briefs, targeting, budgeting, creative development, execution, and analysis
*Develops a performance management framework to measure investment in digital marketing; develops and maintains performance reporting and metrics; and regularly communicates results to key stakeholders

  • University degree in a related discipline such as business, marketing, or communications; graduate degree an asset;
  • 8+ years’ related experience including a minimum of 3 years of people management

Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of digital technologies and trends
  • Extensive experience in marketing, including digital advertising, mobile marketing, SEM, SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and CRM
  • Experience in strategic business planning, in a leadership capacity
  • Ability to communicate insights in an effective manner to many stakeholder groups
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
