Located in beautiful Kitsilano, our client, a Marketing Promotions agency servicing the CPG industry, is looking for a hardworking Assistant to join their team. Working closely with the Senior Director of Distribution, this detail-oriented individual will provide support to ensure that projects are running smoothly. If you are an enthusiastic and bright individual with a can-do attitude, don’t wait to apply.

  • Assist in the smooth execution of campaigns and programs
  • Answer calls/emails and questions for projects upcoming and ongoing
  • Ensure clients
  • Spearhead the documentation of letters for projects and scribing/organizing notes for upcoming programs
  • Utilize strong computer skills (especially in MS Excel) to
  • Maintaining the stock of office equipment and utilities
  • Experience as an Administrative or Assistant preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Programs, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • College/University diploma or degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Market Research
  • Calm and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
