Marketing Director

Our client, a growing technology company supporting the nonprofit space is looking for a seasoned, results-driven marketing director to join their team. Reporting to the President, the Marketing Director is a key member of the leadership team. The ideal candidate excels at analyzing current marketing position, creating and implementing marketing programs to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing programs

  • Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing
  • Stay informed about marketing and industry trends to ensure marketing activities remain current and targeted
  • Creation and execute of vendor strategy
  • Provide support, structure and leadership to foster high performance of the marketing coordinator
  • Track metrics and report to the executive team
  • Proven experience creating and executing integrated marketing programs

It's an online questionnaire that allows us to get to know you more in-depth: what you've achieved, where you want to go, your views on corporate culture. It takes about an hour to complete, but we promise the investment will be worth the return so we can find you a perfect match.


We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
