Marketing Director

Our client, a growing technology company supporting the nonprofit space is looking for a seasoned, results-driven marketing director to join their team. Reporting to the President, the Marketing Director is a key member of the leadership team. The ideal candidate excels at analyzing current marketing position, creating and implementing marketing programs to increase brand awareness and sales.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Create and execute integrated marketing programs
  • Build brand awareness
  • Keep a pulse on market trends
  • Collaborate with the cross functional team to ensure marketing is aligned and positioned to achieve corporate goals
  • Conduct market research and make recommendations accordingly
  • Build and maintain customer partnerships through various engagement programs (marketing campaigns and events)
  • Manage company website and various digital properties
  • Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing
  • Stay informed about marketing and industry trends to ensure marketing activities remain current and targeted
  • Creation and execute of vendor strategy
  • Provide support, structure and leadership to foster high performance of the marketing coordinator
  • Track metrics and report to the executive team
 
Qualifications
 
  • Proven experience creating and executing integrated marketing programs
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Self-motivated professional with a strong work ethic
  • Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up to speed with online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce)

Interview

We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
