Marketing Manager – Enterprise SaaS

You are an experienced demand gen-focused marketing professional ready for a new challenge. Our client offers an exciting opportunity to join their early stage—and rapidly growing—SaaS company in downtown Vancouver.

Responsibilities

As Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and the Sales Team to define, execute, and refine strategies for generating and nurturing qualified leads. Account-based marketing experience is a strong asset.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Strategically plan and execute on both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns targeted at mid- to large-sized companies
  • Develop lead flow strategies that identify the right customer profile, define appropriate lead scoring and grading models for moving prospects through the sales cycle, as well as outline appropriate qualification criteria and triggers for engagement
  • Source, evaluate, implement, and manage new marketing technologies and tools that support lead generation and nurturing initiatives 
  • Report on campaign and program performance to internal stakeholders
  • Communicate campaign messaging and plans to the sales and business development teams


Required Qualifications
 
  • 3+ years experience in software or SaaS marketing
  • Proven success in executing outbound demand generation programs
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) a strong asset
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong English written and verbal communications skills
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
