We’re excited to partner with Pacific Bottleworks to hire an Executive Assistant (EA), Marketing and Sales to join their team of fun and focused professionals, who are all driven to serve customers, achieve brand success, support individual growth, and thrive in a collaborative workplace.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The EA, Marketing & Sales role is all about bringing passion for Pacific Bottleworks brands to the planning, organization, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives with the client base of grocery stores, natural and organic markets, restaurants, coffee shops, and others across Canada. Initiatives include brand education, social media engagement, providing sales team support, coordinating promotional activities, consumer events, trade shows, and more.
 
Acting as the right-hand to our Sales & Marketing Team Leader, the EA is constantly engaging with customers regarding brand enquiries by phone, email, and via social media, as well as planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on promotional initiatives across the market.

DUTIES
  • Marketing & Sales Support
    • Plan and execute trade and consumer events for our brands
    • Support consumers, retailers, and distributors regarding product enquiries
    • Organize and distribute promotional materials & information to our customers
    • Assist in organizing retail data to populate online “where to buy” tools
    • Coordinate sample requests from customers across Canada
  • Promotional Planning With Customers
    • Plan and execute annual promotional grids with national retailers and distributors
    • Track and update team leader on performance and success of promotional initiatives
    • Create and communicate with customers on innovative ideas to support our brands
  • Office Administration & Support
    • Engage potential customers in sales related initiatives and follow-ups
    • Coordinate with other team members to ensure customers receive information and promotional collateral as required
    • Provide general administrative support for sales and marketing team


Hours are typically Monday-Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, based in Pacific Bottleworks’ Fort Langley office. An additional 4-8 hours per month (on average) of weekend events are also part of the role.

Interview

We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
