We’re excited to partner with Pacific Bottleworks to hire an Executive Assistant (EA), Marketing and Sales to join their team of fun and focused professionals, who are all driven to serve customers, achieve brand success, support individual growth, and thrive in a collaborative workplace.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The EA, Marketing & Sales role is all about bringing passion for Pacific Bottleworks brands to the planning, organization, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives with the client base of grocery stores, natural and organic markets, restaurants, coffee shops, and others across Canada. Initiatives include brand education, social media engagement, providing sales team support, coordinating promotional activities, consumer events, trade shows, and more.
Acting as the right-hand to our Sales & Marketing Team Leader, the EA is constantly engaging with customers regarding brand enquiries by phone, email, and via social media, as well as planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on promotional initiatives across the market.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, action-oriented, well organized, and has a strong interest in healthy, natural, and organic foods and beverages. A demonstrated ability to effectively grow relationships with a wide range of people and personalities, a genuine interest in business development and our industry, and ambition to move ahead in our company are all key traits that we’re looking for. The EA, Marketing & Sales is an energetic people person who is organized and gets things done!
Hours are typically Monday-Thursday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, based in Pacific Bottleworks’ Fort Langley office. An additional 4-8 hours per month (on average) of weekend events are also part of the role.

If we've contacted you with an opportunity that you're interested in pursuing, we'll put you through a screening process called the Online Career Profile. It's an online questionnaire that allows us to get to know you more in-depth: what you've achieved, where you want to go, your views on corporate culture. It takes about an hour to complete, but we promise the investment will be worth the return so we can find you a perfect match.
We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
