Senior Marketing Manager – Vancouver

Our client, an established national organization, is seeking an experienced senior marketing manager with a proven success record in B2B customer marketing. As Senior Marketing Manager for the company’s security and IT solutions you will drive awareness through marketing programs to optimize market position and increase customer growth. The ideal candidate thrives in culture of collaboration, recognition, and high-performance. If your bright, ambitious and love a challenge – this is the role for you.
  • Create and implement the marketing strategy to acquire and nurture new leads (email, social media, blogging, and events)
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns
  • Build marketing content in support of marketing campaign and channel activities (whitepapers, case studies, testimonials, email content, collateral)
  • Work closely with the Channel marketing primes to launch campaigns to sales
  • Work closely with agency partners in development and launch of campaign strategy
  • Report against campaign objectives and manage campaign budget

  • University degree and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Extensive knowledge of B2B Marketing best practices and trends
  • Ability to work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and other key stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinking
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and the digital world in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then into customers
  • Passion for innovation and trying new things
  • Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • More than 2 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role
  • Experience in digital marketing strategies
