As the Specialist, Brand Marketing, you will serve as a change agent within a growing and thriving organization, establishing new ways of working, and launching new initiatives. We’re looking for a “project manager extraordinaire” who’s passionate about design, production, brand management and everything in between. We’re looking for someone with a sharp creative eye plus incredible organizational skill to keep a multitude of projects running on time and on budget. The role requires ability to set and meet critical timelines, to delegate to others who do not report directly to you, and to ensure that high quality, on-brand products are delivered as promised.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Brochure production – support the Manager, Brand Marketing to produce all versions of the global sales brochure. With multiple languages, currencies, and an ever-changing product mix, this is a complex and critical part of the role.
  • Collateral production – work with various stakeholders across the organization to develop best in class marketing materials, onboard collateral, signage, etc. This includes working with an outside agency to design and produce the files, as well as working with the in-house procurement team to source the best printing and delivery solution.
  • Budget management – this role will support the oversight of a significant budget. An ability to reconcile and forecast spend on a monthly basis is critical.
  • Process improvement – an ability to understand current processes, identify gaps, develop new processes, and roll out across the team/organization.
  • Project Management – responsible for planning, executing and finalizing marketing projects according to establishing deadlines, scope and budget. Establishing project teams, providing leadership, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders will be key.



Qualifications:
 
  • Post-secondary degree / diploma in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • 5+ years in a project management role within marketing, advertising or sales
  • Background and understanding of the print production process is an asset
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience writing creative briefs and managing the creative process
  • Detail-oriented and not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and get deep into the finer aspects of a project while simultaneously driving big picture thinking and process improvement
  • Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage time
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Proven experience building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
