Our client, an established national organization, is seeking an experienced leader with a proven success record in B2B customer marketing. You are a marketing dynamo who uses creative problem solving and inspiring leadership to make a direct impact on business outcomes.

In this highly collaborative, leadership position, the Director of Customer Marketing drives the delivery of targeted programs that increase overall market awareness, adoption and retention within the mid-market space. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will use and refine B2B best practice along with market, sales and customer insights to drive consumer purchase decisions.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead marketing strategy and campaign execution for the B2B customer marketing division
  • Increase market awareness in a highly competitive mid-market segment
  • Acquire net new mid-market customers
  • Implement cross-sell, upsell and retention strategies
  • Establish best practices for database marketing and targeted campaign development
  • Develop a robust content marketing strategy to grow market awareness and achieve business objectives
  • Leverage customer insights to craft compelling value propositions that resonate with customers
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify synergies to maximize budget and resources where possible
  • Ensure alignment on overall business and customer marketing priorities
 
Required Experience
  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • 5+ experience in a team leadership position
  • Proven track record in managing large product portfolios within a large organization
