We are excited to partner with our client, a strategic marketing agency, in their search for a CPG focused Sr. Marketing Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Marketing Services, the Sr. Marketing Manager, will advance the strategic direction of the agency by providing leadership to a client services team. You have expertise within these 4 pillars: Marketing and strategy, client management, account planning and team planning, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities
 
  • Lead the creation and development of clients’ annual marketing strategy
  • Project delivery - meeting expectations while being on brand, on time and on budget
  • Coaching and developing a team
 
The role is broad in scope and provides unlimited opportunity to make a significant impact on the business success of the agency’s clients.
 
Qualifications
 
  • 5-7 years experience in a Marketing Manager role
  • Business degree (Bachelors or Masters) – with an emphasis Marketing or Management (requirement)
  • Successful experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Project management experience
  • Team management experience
  • Intermediate business and financial acumen including strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Ability to create annual plans and budgets and contingency plans to meet client roster goals

Online Screening

If we've contacted you with an opportunity that you're interested in pursuing, we'll put you through a screening process called the Online Career Profile. It's an online questionnaire that allows us to get to know you more in-depth: what you've achieved, where you want to go, your views on corporate culture. It takes about an hour to complete, but we promise the investment will be worth the return so we can find you a perfect match.

Interview

We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
