About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or related concentration
  • 2+ years’ management experience, providing team leadership within internal communications
  • Excellent communication skills with effective delivery to employees throughout an organization
  • Demonstrated skills in project management, strategic planning, problem solving
  • Experienced leading use of employee communications tools including intranet, and able to evaluate / implement new digital platforms/technology for effective communication
  • Meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to change

About the Role
  • Responsible for planning and execution of all internal communications activities, including communications strategy, planning, intranet, department budget, measurement, evaluation
  • Participate in strategy and operations planning for brand communications
  • Lead the development and curation of communications content, in partnership with other department leaders
  • Accountable for development, communication and adherence to brand standards and consistent brand voice across the greater organization
  • Coach and mentor team members through development activities, cross-training opportunities and maintaining effective relationships across the business

It's an online questionnaire that allows us to get to know you more in-depth: what you've achieved, where you want to go, your views on corporate culture. It takes about an hour to complete, but we promise the investment will be worth the return so we can find you a perfect match.


We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
