THE NON–NEGOTIABLES

Feel free to inquire about this role if you have:
  1. A proven track record (minimum 8 years) creating new, innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns in the areas of display (retargeting, programmatic), SEM, mobile, digital media, and paid social media.
  2. A minimum of 5 years leading teams to digital marketing success
 
KEY AREAS OF INVOLVEMENT
 
  1. Enhance and evolve the brands’ digital marketing capabilities (people, process, and technology).
  2. Digital marketing strategies and campaigns in the areas of display, retargeting, SEM, mobile, digital media, and paid social media.
  3. Define digital marketing KPIs—help drive analytics and reporting to increase the effectiveness and ROAS across all digital marketing channels.  
  4. Works closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising and ecomm to identify needs and opportunities to drive brand and business growth through digital marketing. 
  5. Drive growth of vendor funding in digital channels.
  6. Foster best in class digital marketing team, expertise and culture; oversees digital marketing manager and specialists, SEM manager, digital media manager, and digital media specialists. 
  7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with third-party vendors. Play an active role in negotiations with these vendors. 
  8. Owns the digital marketing budget and has overall responsibility for the performance of paid digital; provides regular insight, projections and reviews. 
 
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications and/or business related field
  • 8-10 years’ experience  in progressive digital marketing roles with a minimum 5 years at the management level
  • A demonstrated track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives, creating, executing and implementing of marketing programs within the consumer packaged goods or retail industry
  • The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energies to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and budgeting/financial skills
  • Proficient understanding of brands and brand strategy
  • Respectful and outstanding leadership skills that motivate employees to exceed expectations
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of social, fashion and cultural trends

Interview

We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
