Manager, Digital Content + Media Production

Smart, Savvy + Associates has partnered with our client, Gryphon Development, in their search for a Manager of Digital Content and Media Production. Working in collaboration with the marketing team, this role will support sharing the brand story through written and visual content across all social channels. About the role:
 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop growth strategy, and create and execute content for brand’s social media platforms
  • Support events from planning alongside the marketing team through on-site videography and photography, and creation of visual content
  • Copywriting for social content, blogs, and other marketing materials
  • Researching and collaborating with local companies that align with Gryphon brand to feature on our website or social media channels
  • Manage social media platforms and online advertising space
  • Analyze and assess effectiveness of various campaigns


About you:
 
  • 5+ years’ of experience in in digital marketing with hands-on creative production (copywriting, photography, videography)
  • Experience in copywriting, blogging, social media management, and brand management
  • Strong ability to research and develop content for digital storytelling
  • Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design and layout; experienced in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Intermediate experience in video editing and some special FX, using Premiere Pro, Media Composer, or Final Cut Pro
  • Awareness of current trends in advertising and design in real estate industry


How you’ll #StandApart:
 
  • Experience with social media strategy and content management
  • Experience in digital media strategy including ad space purchase, Google AdWords, Google analytics, retargeting, geo-fencing, paid social
  • Understanding of SEO
  • Experience with media buys, knowledge of media medians across city
  • Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred (but not required)
