Marketing Analyst

Smart, Savvy + Associates has partnered with our client, a Vancouver-based, national property management company, in their search for a Marketing Analyst. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role supports the marketing, sales, and operations departments by leading market analysis and trends and executing competitive intelligence. About the role:
 
  • Use Power Bi to create and improve reports through development of automated processes to mine better data from internal and vendor applications
  • Collaborate on strategic advertising placements and listings rates through compilation of data-driven reports
  • Conduct market research and surveys and prepare correlating reports
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of all advertising online and offline; monitor campaign management through SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC
  • Support website maintenance, improvements, and analysis as required
  • Develop and manage marketing digital infrastructure for new properties


About you:
 
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing with a digital focus, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing with strong knowledge of data query language such as SQL and database management, and expert-level skills in Power Bi
  • Experience in digital planning and media buying
  • Creative ability to design data visualization presentations and reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail for skilled writing, editing and proofreading of both business and marketing materials/documents
  • Great team player: is flexible to meet changing priorities, works well in a team and independently, stays calm under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Willing and able to work occasional evenings/weekends e.g. community events


How you’ll #StandApart:
 
  • Experience in either the property management or real estate Industry
  • Knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Previous sales experience
