Marketing Director

Smart Savvy + Associates has partnered with Neurio Technology Inc. in their search for a Marketing Director to create and implement impactful marketing programs to deliver and nurture leads for this growing cutting-edge home energy management company.

You are a self-starter, collaborative, know how to multitask and how to implement impactful marketing programs for a growing organization.

Based in Vancouver, our client is looking for an experienced marketer to manage their omni-channel marketing programs. Under the direction of the CEO, the marketing director will be responsible for:
 
  • Building, communicating and executing strategic omni-channel marketing plans
  • Creating and implementing B2B lead generation and customer nurturing programs via:
  • Email drip marketing / marketing automation
  • Online advertising
  • Pay per Click (PPC) advertising
  • Creating, managing and leveraging segmented target audience lists
  • Driving social media marketing strategy and content marketing
  • Managing company website and various digital properties
  • Managing lead flow, including:
    • Managing lead entry/integration into the company’s CRM
    • Locating, testing, and analyzing appropriate data sources to enhance data quality and completeness
    • Liaising with Sales teams
  • Create and implement traditional marketing programs including sales collateral and tradeshow marketing
  • Report on performance, projects, attach KPIs and address feedback
  • Spearheading brand awareness
  • Managing the marketing budget
  • Keeping a pulse on market trends
 
Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing management, business or a related field
  • 7+ years experience of B2B marketing experience (bonus points for marketing experience in the technology or energy industry)
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing impactful integrated marketing programs (digital and traditional)
  • Experience using an email marketing / marketing automation tool, ideally Marketo or Pardot
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with Google AdWords and SEO
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Excellent writing skills and grammar knowledge with ability to write a range of content from blog posts to sales collateral
  • Experience managing tradeshow marketing – creating collateral, coordinating booth, driving and tracking booth leads.
