As a member of the Sales Team, this role uses consultative selling to get to know our clients, and provide them with practical and timely solutions. About the role:
  • Generate new recurring revenue on a monthly basis to achieve both individual and team sales goals
  • Drive sales within assigned area to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop a strategic account plan to target client decision makers and build long-term relationships to meet established revenue targets
  • Present company services with persuasion and accuracy; ensure excellent fit between client needs and available services
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Maintain client relationships through regular check-ins, renewal calls, and introduction of marketing programs
  • Work in collaborations with employee teams across the organization
About you:
  • Experienced in building a sales pipeline through all routes of client identification: hunting, cold calling, prospecting, networking, etc.
  • Excellent persuasive communication skills with ability to think on your feet and use feedback to refine your approach and technique
  • Expert-level Salesforce user, comfortable using Google platform
  • Natural focus on solving problems through timely and practical solutions
  • Fast learner who adapts easily to constantly changing environment
  • Works efficiently and successfully as an independent team member, while always keeping larger team objectives at forefront of mind
