Specializing in direct marketing communications and care sales, the company facilitates private sale events in the automotive sector. Absolute Results uses technology behind the scenes, followed by hands-on training support to provide employee sales teams with the tools they need for success.
Smart, Savvy + Associates has partnered with Absolute Results in their search for a Director of Technology (DOT). This key role is responsible for all aspects of the company’s business information technology and systems, ensuring clear alignment with the organization’s vision and objectives. The DOT works closely with the Executive Team to provide strategic business technology input to organizational planning, as well as creation and execution of operational objectives.

About the role:
The DOT is responsible for management and technical leadership of the technology services group with a focus on providing SaaS offerings that support organizational success. This role balances leadership of individuals and teams with a hands-on ability to direct the details of execution and day-to-day operations within the realm of technology.
Fundamentally, the DOT works to ensure that the technology teams and systems at Absolute Results are aligned and focused on achieving collective, organizational success in a highly scalable and sustainable manner. The role holds overall responsibility for several department functions, with a focus on strategy and planning; technology leadership; team leadership; operational leadership; and risk management.
