Manager, eCommerce Marketing

Smart, Savvy + Associates is excited to partner with our client, an established BC organization, in their search for a Manager, eCommerce Marketing. Our client is looking for a seasoned professional who is responsible for driving growth and leading the strategic direction of their web-based product. Using your left-side brain, you will be developing the digital footprint, and customer journey online – and mentoring a team of strong specialists through execution.

The successful candidate will need to talk-the-talk (and walk-the-walk). You will be responsible for the management of all strategic working relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels in the organization, and with applicable external stakeholders. About the role:
 
  • Drives the strategic direction for the client’s web-based product
  • Responsible for providing guidance on large web-based campaigns with a customer acquisition component  
  • Proactively oversees the resolution of all issues within your category and implementing action plans
  • Builds strong, productive, and positive relationships with key internal stakeholders, senior leadership, as well as external stakeholders
  • Provides strong people leadership and strategic
 
About you:
 
  • Expert knowledge of principles, concepts, practices and techniques in the areas of Marketing, Advertising, and brand management
  • Broad understanding of digital concepts and disciplines. Solid understanding of emerging trends and best practices in the field of digital
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans – web-based marketing and customer acquisition
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic business planning and resource management in a leadership capacity
  • Excellent innovation in problem solving and demonstrated analytical thinking
  • Proven leadership, aligning teams to shared vision and inspiring growth
  • Experience using Digital Marketing Technologies such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager
