About the role:
  • Create an organization growth strategy including metrics for ongoing analysis, in alignment with company goals, vision, and brand
  • Sales and marketing leadership; manage team growth and professional development to keep pace with organizational expansion, and maintain collaborative work environment
  • Identify marketing opportunities to promote the brand and key messages; develop comprehensive implementation plans
  • Create lead generation programs and subsequent evaluation and iterations
  • Develop and monitor regular sales forecasts and evaluation; lead team in meeting monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Evaluate the current sales process and develop improvements to ensure revenue and sales consistency
  • Oversee operating budgets for sales, marketing, internal operations
About you:
  • 10+ years’ experience in combined sales and marketing leadership in B2B environment
  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing; MBA an asset
  • Expert-level knowledge of B2B marketing strategies
  • Senior leadership skills to lead and motivate high-performers and strong teams
  • Experienced in strategy development and execution by using data and analytics to support decision making
  • Strong contract development and negotiation skills; management of setting sales quotos and expected revenues
  • Confident communication skills for presentations, influencing individuals and groups, leading change management initiatives
  • Positive demeanour with eagerness to request and accept feedback, highly adaptable to constantly changing priorities and outcomes
