Smart, Savvy + Associates has partnered with our client, Oliver Russell, a brand strategy agency, in their search for a Creative Director. Based in Boise, Idaho, this new role will guide the creative product for the agency’s international clients, the majority of which have social impact. About the role:
 
  • Work with clients to gain understanding of their purpose and goals, and their intended audiences
  • Develop branding strategies to support clients’ visual identity, core messaging, and consumer packaging to enhance organizational goals and purpose
  • Collaborate heavily with the team through the full marketing cycle, with key responsibility for development and execution of creative product—and selling that product to clients
  • Work with team to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities


About you:
 
  • 7+ years’ experience as Creative Director in brand and marketing strategy
  • Experienced in using a strategic mindset to address business issues
  • Have a heart for serving others, and want to do work that matters
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in creating social change
  • Self-starter, is self-motivated to get stuff done
  • Competent and caring supervisor, with interest in growing younger team members
  • Team player, ready to dive in and get hands dirty whenever needed
  • Background in agency or professional services is an asset

Online Screening

It's an online questionnaire that allows us to get to know you more in-depth: what you've achieved, where you want to go, your views on corporate culture. It takes about an hour to complete, but we promise the investment will be worth the return so we can find you a perfect match.

Interview

We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
