Media Manager

Smart, Savvy + Associates is excited to partner with our client, an established marketing firm, in their search for a Media Manager. Reporting to the Communications Director, this role will support the purchasing and roll-out of all traditional and digital media channels. You are detail-oriented and strategic in your thinking. About the Role:
  • Collaborate on campaign planning for awareness and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns for corporate initiatives
  • Create and present campaign performance reports using KPIs, and monthly reports using analytics
  • Follow and analyze media trends through research and vendor relationships
  • Access and use CRM data for optimization of media strategy; monitor campaign performance and address gaps as they arise
  • Manage budget/finance related to campaigns; track campaign budgets to optimize spends on behalf of clients
About You:
  • 5+ years’ marketing experience, with specialty in media planning/buying
  • Experience in pricing models for online advertising (PPC, CPA, CPCV, CPM, CPC)
  • Expert user of all things Google: Analytics, Tag Manager, Adwords, Search Console; along with Facebook/LinkedIn Business Manager
  • Experience in SEO strategies, WeChat platform / advertising, multi-language advertising
  • Effective project management skills to balance multiple projects, with excellent focus on details, and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert user of MS Office programs
How you’ll #StandApart:
  • Marketing experience in real estate sector
  • Familiar with various platforms such as ASANA, Lasso, Smartsheets, Concur, etc.
  • Communication skills in Chinese language (traditional and simplified)
