About the role:
  • Grow, develop, and lead the inside sales team of Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives
  • Create efficient systems to support rapid growth of teams and revenue
  • Provide strong leadership and support throughout the organization, with a focus on high-performance teams and exceeding targets
About you:
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales; 3+ years’ in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated understanding of SaaS sales models
  • Proven success in scaling a team through a rapid growth period
  • Motivational leadership style that propels teams to high levels of performance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; embraces the fast-paced environment of a growing tech firm
