Digital Marketing, Optimization Specialist

Smart, Savvy + Associates is excited to partner with our client, an established BC organization, in their search for a Digital Marketing, Optimization Specialist. You’re a digital marketing professional who is keenly aware of the changing face of digital platforms and the need to actively manage multiple channels and campaigns.

This two-year temporary role is based in Vancouver and will be a key member of the marketing team. About the role:
 
  • Focuses on online presence through contribution to organization-wide digital strategy; collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders in development and execution of plans and performance reporting
  • Manages multiple digital marketing program across multiple channels, along with key conversion points in the sales funnel e.g. lead-generation forms, CTAs, landing pages
  • Operate a continual cycle of performance measurement and campaign testing for insights to optimize lead-to-customer conversion rate
  • Align digital marketing campaigns with overarching campaigns and business goals; ensure all materials are appropriately branded and support a seamless user experience.
  • Continually innovates, researches, and implements future-focused recommendations based on industry trends and techniques
  • Functions as digital marketing subject matter expert; develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal team members and external stakeholders
 
About you:
 
  • University degree in a related discipline such as business, marketing, or communications
  • 4+ years’ related experience
  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing: concepts, strategy, analysis
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, including A/B testing, inbound marketing tactics, web analytics, lead profiling, and use of “smart” call-to-actions and forms
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative work style
  • Balances creativity and innovative mindset with excellent time-management and detail-oriented ability
  • Experience with content management systems and web analytics tools
