Smart Savvy + Associates has partnered with our client, a leading brand and design consultancy with international scope spanning 90+ countries, in their search for a Copywriter. This role reports to the Creative Director and works alongside some of Vancouver’s top talent in their Downtown office. If you’re a collaborative and conceptual writer who is versatile, positive and enjoys a fun office environment, this may be your next role!

About the role:
  • Work with creative team to develop marketing/communication concepts based on client needs
  • Execute on project copywriting tasks suitable for a wide range of traditional and digital channels
  • Strong ability to understand complex ideas and translate into easily understandable and memorable written communications

About you:
  • Post-secondary education in creative writing, communications or related area
  • 3+ years’ copywriting experience
  • Diverse portfolio of work demonstrating creativity and versatility
  • Collaborative team player, works well with creative team members
  • Conceptual thinker, demonstrable experience applying strategy to a range of genres

Online Screening

If we've contacted you with an opportunity that you're interested in pursuing, we'll put you through a screening process called the Online Career Profile. It's an online questionnaire that allows us to get to know you more in-depth: what you've achieved, where you want to go, your views on corporate culture. It takes about an hour to complete, but we promise the investment will be worth the return so we can find you a perfect match.


We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
