Senior Marketing Consultant

Smart, Savvy + Associates is happy to partner with our client in their search for a Senior Marketing Consultant. Working closely with a diverse roster of clients, this role calls on marketing generalist skills to research and dig deeper into clients’ marketing issues across a broad spectrum of business challenges. About the role:
 
  • Provide strategic marketing counsel to support client issues across a spectrum of strategy, operations and technology
  • Work directly and in partnership with client representatives at the senior executive level
  • Develop, present and facilitate interactive client sessions, including pitches for proposed marketing solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients that span past ‘the usual’ and over-deliver for client success


About you:
 
  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, either agency or client side
  • Excellent communication skills including confident and persuasive presentation style
  • Skilled facilitator with adaptability to audience, including internal teams and clients at the executive and Board level
  • Analytical thinker, generates and uses research to expand own knowledge and develop relevant and accurate marketing strategies across all business sectors
  • Experience in managing projects from end to end: from research and concept, through to execution and creation of deliverables
  • Maintains focus on client needs, and develops/maintains relationship with existing clients as well as builds new relationships with future clients
