Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Fraser Valley)

With a keen eye for design and aesthetics, you appreciate the intricacies of working effectively across diverse marketing channels – including: print, online, and outdoor media strategies.

Smart, Savvy + Associates is excited to partner with our client, a large and established marketing firm, in their search for a Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this key role works within the Real Estate Marketing group in the Fraser Valley office. If you have vast knowledge of Fraser Valley Real Estate, solid project management skills, and a portfolio full of successful marketing projects, consider applying for this exciting opportunity!

About the Role:
 
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for real estate development projects, including branding, theme and product positioning
  • Select appropriate marketing and sales tools for individual projects to meet goals, timelines and budgets; maintain communication with Sales Teams to ensure success
  • Participate in product development from a creative / marketing lens
  • Collaborate on project website development and management through effective communication with website developers
  • Manage photography and print collateral for projects including scouting for resources and supplies; plan and coordinate marketing and sales features of presentation centres
  • Develop and manage budgets for projects
  • Trains and coaches project coordinators on marketing tasks within project plans 
  • Plan and stage events and email marketing campaigns


About You:
 
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, specific to real estate
  • Post-secondary education in a related area (marketing, PR)
  • Effective project management skills to balance multiple projects, with excellent focus on details, and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in all aspects of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, graphic and excellent grammar / proofreading ability
  • Self-motivated and energetic; takes initiative to push for new levels of success
  • Builds and maintains productive and positive working relationships with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Strong MS Office skills. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite an asset
