Smart, Savvy + Associates is excited to be working our client in their search for a Manager, Research and Analytics to support their not-for-profit, healthcare-related society. This role reports to the Director, Product and Innovation, and will be part of a new area of the organization. About the role:

This leadership role is accountable for research initiatives, market analysis, product management/implementation, and partnership management.
  • Leads and develops team members, collaborates with team on research analysis and decision making to create and execute action plans
  • Conducts research, feedback surveys and product assessment; creates analytics, KPIs and measurement tools to develop reports and product support, and track business outcomes
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on research, product development and redesign
  • Develops project framework and project management schedules, along with budgets for full scope of product design, marketing, and implementation
  • Accountable for ensuring compliance with industry standards and procedures, for all services and products
About you: 
  • Post Secondary education in Marketing, Business, or related area
  • 5+ years’ experience in direct market research and marketing, with related accountability for revenue and operational service levels
  • Strong understanding of connection of market research and analytics to product
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong ability to understand technical information and data, and share with non-technical team members in a meaningful way
  • Superior professional skills, including writing complex business cases; creating and delivering visually strong presentations
  • Demonstrated experience with product innovation, preferably in an area related to healthcare, insurance or financial services
