Senior Director, Demand Generation

Smart, Savvy + Associates is excited to partner with its client, a global technology company, in its search for a Senior Director of Demand Generation. If you thrive on leading high performing team and driving data-driven marketing campaigns that have a direct impact on the business, this role might be your next career opportunity!

About the Role
 
  • Create and deliver a demand generation strategy that is measurable, integrated and multi-touch, focused on lead generation and revenue growth
  • Lead strategic marketing programs, using a hands-on approach to testing and refocusing
  • Accountable for growing the marketing database, and optimizing performance through segmenting into process-related groups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and support lead generation and lead management activities, and ensure alignment of marketing priorities across departments and regions.
  • Coach and mentor team members for personal development and achievement of business objectives


About You

The Basics:
  • Post-secondary education in Business
  • 10+ years’ direct, hands-on experience in B2B demand creation, including demand waterfall creation and other sales support programs
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B digital / inbound marketing, including reports/analytics, automation, SEO / SEM, content marketing
  • Leadership success within a SaaS business, with ability to motivate and influence at all levels of the organization


How You’ll #StandApart
  • Graduate-level studies in Business (e.g. MBA)
  • Experience in freemium pricing strategy
