Sales Operations Leader

You are an experienced sales operations wizard who likes to finish everything you start! As a strategist, you’re in tune with planning and processes to solve problems and achieve results, and then report back using data and analytics. And in the throes of the sales execution, you’re a hands-on team player who works across departments to ensure the best outcome for each and every customer. Your understanding of your company’s products are inside-out and outside-in, because you touch every process from beginning to end result.

Smart, Savvy + Associates has partnered with our client, a fast-growing company that is posed to be an anchor in the Vancouver tech industry, in their search for a Sales Operations Leader. This key team member delivers daily value as a hybrid sales and operations expert who will increase efficiency to support company growth. If you excel at the trifecta of sales, operations and data, this could be your next role!

About the role:
  • You own the sales process and how to drive efficiency through all systems and integrations, yes this also means getting your hands dirty in the data and executing.
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth to improve, report and test the scalable process
  • Live in the numbers and the data – reporting is foundation in decision making.


About you:

The basics
  • 5+ years’ experience as in a related sales role: operations, engineer, solutions-focused
  • Expert Salesforce user, and well-versed in Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets
  • Problem solver that can see big picture and the details in the numbers
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects from beginning to end, keeping focus on results
  • Successful past leadership of cross-functional teams, with positive coaching style
  • Master at using large data sets pulled from multiple tools to provide reports and influence strategy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on team development


How you’ll #StandApart

Interview

We then meet face-to-face with you to flush out your OCP further and get to know you on a personal level. If following this both parties see a great fit for the role in mind, we then introduce you to our client to go through their interview and hiring process.
