Marketing Specialist

Smart, Savvy + Associates is excited to partner with Keboola, a rapidly growing data engineering company, in their search for a Marketing Specialist. Keboola is a global organization, with the Greater Vancouver office supporting the North American team, and a familiar face in the BC Tech industry. This role reports directly to the CEO and may require occasional international travel. About the Role
 
  • Build and manage a rich content/marketing calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, analyst relations, media components etc.).
  • Use data analysis to assist with marketing strategy and planning; monitor campaign results through analytics and data
  • Responsible for tactical implementation of marketing outreach campaigns to help grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, converting site traffic through calls-to-action, gaining insights from information regarding the landing page traffic, and lead generation content.
  • Function as community manager for social media channels: populate content, monitor and engage with followers’ questions/comments. Assets include: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage bi-weekly newsletter to grow subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
  • Help organize promotional events and swag, tradeshows, seminars, lunches, meetings, etc.
  • Drive coordination and preparation of marketing reports, updates, feedback summaries
  • Provide weekly reporting on performance of marketing-related activities.


About You

The Basics:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in related marketing functions
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Ability to create engaging copywriting, digital presentations, email campaigns, social media engagement
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a strong team-oriented professional
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Apps
  • Experience with HubSpot or equivalent tool
